General Shipping
Generally at Skate Shoes UK, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within one business day. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to three days to ship. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number.
Items ordered from this site can only be shipped as we do not have a collection facility.
Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via Royal Mail. We reserve the right to use any carrier.
When going through the check out process you are given the choice of which shipping option you wish to use. Please be aware that if you choose the basic shipping package at £3.29 there is no signature required. If this package goes missing it may be difficult to find. Once the package leaves our warehouse we cannot be responsible for the package. We will of course where possible assist you with locating your package but we will not be able to send a replacement or reimburse you for a package that you do not receive.
Therefore we strongly suggest that you choose a shipping option that requires a signature on delivery. This will help to ensure you will receive your package and you may have the option to be able to track the item.
Due diligence is made to ensure proper tracking and delivery of your merchandise to the delivery address you provide. However, some things are beyond our control. We are not liable for merchandise that is delivered and verified via carrier tracking to the address provided but not received by the addressee and/or purchaser, or for the actions or inaction of the delivery carrier. Once the delivery tracking has been confirmed by the carrier, the responsibility for the merchandise falls on the purchaser.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damages & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of. Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

Ship the item(s) only to the address that we will provide you with.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day on which you received the products. It is not compulsory for you to notify us of the reason of cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us with details of your cancellation. You must state your name, a description of the goods and your order number.
Any use of the goods beyond that necessary to inspect them on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the order. If we believe items have been damaged due to lack of care by yourself then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. If damage is made when returning the goods back to us, then it is your right to seek compensation from your carrier.
We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy which means that if you are not happy with any products bought from this website, you may return them to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and in the original packaging. Returns made after 14 days will be accepted at the managers discretion. We may refuse a return, offer store credit or offer a refund minus P&P and a 15% administration charge. We do not offer refunds on mixed lots or sale items. If you wish to return a mixed lot or sale item then we may offer a credit note at Skate Shoes UK's discretion.
All products bought from our website are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product proves to be faulty within that period you may return it to us for a refund or exchange unless a manufacturers guarantee has been issued then you will need to contact the manufacturer.
If you have paid p&p on your order then we reserve the right not to refund this cost to you if you return an item, but will only refund the cost of the goods to you. If the true cost of P&P exceeds the amount you paid then we will refund the amount you paid minus the amount we paid for postage. The minimum amount for postage will be £3.99 per order.
Paypal refunds can only be issued up to 60 days after the initial period. If for whatever reason, we need to refund you after the 60 days have expired then you will be responsible for Paypal's charges for receiving the money from us.
If an order or product has been returned to us that was paid for with a credit note or voucher then a refund will be issued in the form of another credit note or voucher.
Once an order is in the processing stage it will not be deemed cancelled until you have received an email from us advising you that the order has been cancelled. If you do not receive an email from us advising that the order has been cancelled, then it will be deemed to still be in the processing stage. We will endeavor to process all communications as quickly as possible. Once an order has been changed to processing and is cancelled before it is despatched, we will make an administration charge of £3.50 to cover packaging and picking costs. If the item is shipped before you cancel the order, you will need to send the item back to us.
When returning a product you must include a covering letter stating your order number and reason for return (plus details of whether you require a replacement or refund).
In either case, you are responsible for return shipping charges to return the product to us.
If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
